It’s one of the most significant times of your life – we get it. That’s why we are committed to providing compassionate person-centered care, so that residents at our facility receive quality, specialized assistance for their individual needs.
As a skilled senior nursing facility in Johnson County, our residents receive the best care possible, even as their health needs change. We offer both semi-private and private suites for long term care, short term rehabilitation, and skilled dementia care, and every suite is dual-certified for our long term care and short term rehabilitation options. Older adults who live with us find comfort in the stability we provide.

Spirituality & Pastoral Care
The holistic approach to healthcare is evident at Villa St. Francis. With priests living on-site and sisters working directly with residents as registered nurses, the power of prayer permeates our community and sets us apart from any other nursing home in the area.
Monsignor is available for one-on-one spirituality counseling as well as group support for residents, family members, and staff. He also delivers Mass daily in our beautiful chapel, and non-denominational services are provided weekly.

Person-Centered Senior Care
We believe that every resident deserves personal care and attention, so that they know without a doubt how important they are. For us, no detail is too small. During the admission process, we utilize our person-centered approach, so we can learn about each individual’s likes and interests. From there, we can play their favorite music, serve their favorite food, introduce them to community members with similar interests, schedule entertainment they’ll enjoy, and more. It’s the VIP mentality at Villa St. Francis that sets us apart from every other senior living facility.

The St. Francis Fund
Helping to make quality nursing home care accessible to seniors, The St. Francis Fund provides room & board assistance to any senior who chooses to live at Villa St. Francis. The St. Francis Fund is an extraordinary, privately funded, support program for seniors who may have not considered receiving care at Villa St. Francis due to:
- Lack of resources to be able to pay for care
- Inability to qualify for regular financial assistance
- Increase in the cost of quality care in nursing homes
- Fiduciary Abuse
- Dependents still at home
Villa St. Francis is a place where the Catholic faithful are able to serve the elderly who need care with compassion, excellence and dignity. All seniors and their families are encouraged to explore their options before ruling out Villa St. Francis because of affordability. For more details, contact Sarah McEnerney at SMcEnerney@villasf.org or become a supporter here.
We are also a Medicaid provider, and the level of care at Villa St. Francis will not change due to your financial means. Our mission is to serve those who need care, and residents will not be asked to leave due to the loss of private-pay funds.
